What to Expect
Our Pet Care Specialists are available to pick up your deceased pet 24 hours a day. We'll come to your home or vet.
You can schedule an appointment over the phone or online.
We'll email you an agreement to sign electronically and process your credit card.
Our Pet Care Specialist will arrive in our state of the art transportation van with a secured gurney to pick up your deceased pet. We issue a chain of custody ID as part of our tracking process, we will require a signature from the person releasing your pet to us. You will be able check in with Rainbow to Heaven at any time to stay informed at every step of your pet’s cremation.
Within 5 to 14 days of picking up your pet, we will contact you to return your pet's cremains. All cremains are placed in our custom urn. Our customizations of the urns & shadow boxes are shipped from our California Corporate office to our other facilities. We only cremate your loved ones in the State they reside in.
Our prices start at $99 for pets under 3lbs and within the Southern California Counties, Phoenix and Mesa Arizona, Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada

After your pet's cremation, your pet will be returned to you in its new home, which you may then display inside your home, outside in your garden, or wherever brings you most comfort. (Our little signature house is considered an upgrade)
